Recycling High-Pressure Water Jetting

Our recycling tankers are specialized vehicles used primarily for cleaning and maintaining sewer systems, drainage. Our tankers use high-pressure water jets to clear blockages in pipes and drains. They have large tanks and a series of filtration phases for both water and waste, allowing for extended operation without frequent emptying giving our customers more time on site by reducing time to fill with water. We can re-use jetting water and it saves up to 15,000 litres per 10-hour shift.

Our industrial jetters are capable of cleaning any pipework from 100mm up to 2000mm in diameter. With flow rates from 150 LPM – 390LPM

Once finished jetting, our tankers can vacuum up the debris and waste, effectively removing sludge, silt, and other blockages. The collected waste can sometimes be treated and recycled, reducing environmental impact. This may involve separating solids from liquids for proper disposal or treatment.

Vanpack High Pressure Water Jetting

Van pack jetters are built into the van. These are great for domestic and smaller works that can’t warrant our jet vac tanker or access just wont allow it. The principle is the same just on a smaller scale. It is a specialised equipment used in the drainage industry for cleaning and clearing blocked pipes and sewer lines. These units are mounted in our vans, making them portable and convenient for our fieldwork.

What is a Van Pack Jetter?

A van pack jetter consists of a high-pressure water pump reaching 4000 psi, a water tank onboard making it perfect for remote areas with no water supply, and a reel with high-pressure hoses and nozzles. These components are housed in a vehicle setup, allowing for easy transport to job sites. The system is designed to use high-pressure water jets to remove blockages, grease, debris, descaling and root cutting pipework from 100mm-325mm and up to 100m in length. Our van pack jetters are fully equipped with a variety of different nozzles to ensure we can complete any task required.
