Lining Works - Pipe Rehabilitation

A Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP), we offer various different types of pipe lining. This work involves the installation of a protective liner within existing drainage systems to improve their efficiency and extend their lifespan. The primary goal is to prevent leaks, reduce infiltration, and protect the drainage infrastructure from corrosion or damage.
This is a good solution for repairing issues such as cracks, leaking joints, or damage from roots. It stands out as a highly effective, convenient, and cost-efficient alternative to traditional repair methods.

Drainage lining works are used in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications, particularly in areas prone to water damage or those with ageing infrastructure.

Before lining, it’s essential to assess the condition of the existing pipes, via CCTV surveying to establish what needs to be carried out.
Full Length CIPP lining diameters from 75-1500mm.

What you’d expect with installing patches:

To clean the damaged section of the pipe thoroughly. This may involve hydraulic cleaning, sandblasting, or using specialized cleaning tools to remove debris, grease, and corrosion. Prepare the Liner by cutting the WRC patch liner material to the appropriate size, ensuring it covers the damaged area adequately. The liner usually consists of a durable material that can withstand environmental factors. Carefully position the WRC patch liner over the damaged area. Ensure that it adheres properly to the surface, avoiding any wrinkles or air pockets. Allow the liner to cure as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. This may involve applying heat or allowing sufficient time for the adhesive or resin to set.
